Only $25 1^st Song, $10 each add’l song (if you are purchasing 2 or more songs that day). Corporate Group Rate Only $10 (50+).

Procedure

• Each customer will give us the recipient’s name, phone number, date, time of call, email address (optional) and a brief message of 20 words or less (if you would like to leave a brief message) that you would like to include with the song. The first attempt will be at that time.
• We will make 3 attempts to contact client beginning with time customer request. If no answer, or if answering machine picks up, then we will try again 15 minutes later for the second attempt.
• Our third and final attempt will be 30 minutes after the original time.
• If customer does not answer after 3rd attempt then the singing telegram will be left on the voicemail.
• If your recipient can’t be reached at the date or time specified and they do not have a voicemail, we will contact you. The singing telegram can be rescheduled to another day and time within a 6 month’s period as a one-time courtesy.
• Corporate accounts, we will make attempts until we contact the client. If we can’t reach the client by 5:30 pm e.s.t. we will leave a voicemail. Corporate will receive an email indicating if a voicemail was given.
• Singing telegrams are 1 to 2 minutes long.
• Hours of Operation are from 9AM to 6PM, Mon. - Sat. E.S.T. & Sundays 3PM to 6PM E.S.T.
• Will accept phone telegrams from all over the U.S. excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Policies

• We accept MC, Visa/Debit, and Amx which can be made through our website. For corporate orders, contact us for booking. Single and multiple telegrams can be booked and paid online using the calendar and form on this page.

• Please make your money orders payable to Joyful Melodies.
• We do not accept checks.
• Please look for ‘Black Out Dates” which means we will not be available.
• Payment is non-refundable. If your recipient can not be reached at the date or time specified we will contact you or if plans change, contact us as soon as possible to make other arrangements. The singing telegram can be rescheduled to another day and time within a 6 months period as a one time courtesy.
• Any changes to the singing telegrams should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the service date to ensure changes can be accommodated.
• For Singing Telegrams, payments must be received before time requested to call the recipient. Otherwise, services will not be rendered.
• The last booking for Singing Telegrams will be at 5:30 E.S.T.
• Will accept singing telegrams from all over the U.S. excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

We will accept last minute bookings for Singing Telegrams. However, you must call directly at 813-733-2383 on day of service.
